For a period of 30 days after your receipt of the item purchased from our store we will accept a request for refund or exchange for any reason other than damage caused by abuse (dropping the piece is abuse!).
No time limit on refund or exchange for defects but since all of our items are ‘one of a kind’ we cannot offer an identical replacement but will offer photos and details of a very similar item for your approval prior to reshipping.
Except for a defect you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For request for return or exchange for other reasons the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
After your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within one or two days.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return.
